At 15 years of age, Twister was the oldest and newest member of the team and up until July of 2014, his life was uneventful. That changed after a 10 hour drive up to the Canadian border and three exhausting days climbing the mountains of Northern New Hampshire!

After New Hampshire, his position in the team was well established: he may have been a little blind but he was able to handle the long hikes and toughest climbs! While he agreed with Baron regarding the hike through the Appalachian, he was ready to come along… not because he thought he could make it, but because he worried I wouldn’t and he wanted to be by my side.
